Amway was the largest MLM company in the world in 2025, with $7.3 billion in revenue. Herbalife ($5.04 billion) and eXp Realty ($4.8 billion) came next. The table below ranks the 100 largest multi-level marketing and direct selling companies by their 2025 revenue, using one source for the order, the Business For Home 2026 revenue ranking, and the 2026 DSN Global 100 as a cross-check.
Not every figure carries the same weight. Business For Home marks 43 of these 100 revenues as verified. The other 57 are its own estimates, and 54 of those estimates are unchanged from the year before, which usually means no new number was supplied. The last column shows which is which, so you can judge how far to rely on any one row.

How This List Is Ranked
One source sets the order. Every rank comes from the Business For Home ranking of direct selling companies by 2025 revenue, published in March 2026 and updated as companies send new figures. Business For Home collects revenue from company executives, public filings and trade publications. For some privately held companies it estimates revenue, and where a company sends no 2025 figure it may keep showing the previous one. Mixing figures from different sources would rank companies on numbers that were not measured the same way, so we did not do that.
Why not the DSN Global 100 alone? Direct Selling News ranks only companies that submit certified net revenue above $100 million. Its 2026 edition, based on 2025 revenue, lists 59 companies from 16 countries with a combined $63 billion, split for the first time into product-focused and service-focused lists. That is too few to fill a top 100, and it leaves out large companies that chose not to report, including Infinitus, Mary Kay, doTERRA and Young Living.
Three companies removed. Business For Home labels Beachbody (BODi), Color Street and Pure Romance as having left MLM. We dropped them and moved up the next three companies on its list: Sunrider International, LifeVantage and For Days Co.
What “MLM company” covers here. Both sources count direct selling broadly. This list therefore includes real estate brokerages that pay agents for the agents they recruit (eXp Realty, Real Brokerage, LPT Realty), financial and insurance marketing organisations, and two companies that are not network marketing businesses in the usual sense: Sunrun, a solar installer, and Vivint, a home security company. Neither appears on the DSN list.
Where the two sources disagree. For most companies that appear in both, the figures match or differ only by rounding. Three do not. We have kept Business For Home’s figures in the table so the ranking uses one source throughout, and show the DSN numbers here rather than choosing between them.
| Company | Business For Home | DSN Global 100 |
|---|---|---|
| Vorwerk | $4.2B | $4.9B |
| Faberlic | $443M | $483M |
| Zinzino | $351M | $362M |
On the DSN figure, Vorwerk would rank third rather than fifth. Revenue is not one measure: DSN asks for net sales from direct selling before commissions and without VAT, while Business For Home figures come from several kinds of report. Companies outside the US report in their own currency, so their dollar figures move with exchange rates as well as sales. Treat small gaps between neighbouring rows as noise.
The 10 Largest MLM Companies in the World
Each profile uses the most recent details the company or a reliable report has published, with the year shown where a figure dates. Revenue in the headings is the 2025 figure used in the table.
Amway ($7.3B)

Key Facts
- Ranked No. 1 on the DSN Global 100 for the 14th year in a row (2026 list, 2025 revenue)
- Sells in more than 100 countries and territories
- Global sales of $7.3 billion in 2025, down from $7.4 billion in 2024
Amway has led the industry for decades and still sits at the top, although revenue slipped 1% in 2025. Nutrilite supplements make up most of what it sells, and because it is privately held, its revenue figure comes from the company rather than public filings.
Herbalife ($5.04B)

Key Facts
- Sells in 95 markets (2025 annual report)
- The Formula 1 shake alone was about 25% of 2025 net sales
- Listed on the New York Stock Exchange (HLF)
Herbalife's revenue was flat in 2025 at about $5 billion. Weight-management products account for more than half of its sales, and because it is publicly listed, its membership and sales figures come from audited filings.
eXp Realty ($4.8B)

Key Facts
- Operates in 29 countries (December 2025)
- Parent company eXp World Holdings renamed itself AGNT, Inc. in June 2026; its Nasdaq ticker changed from EXPI to AGNT
- Ranked first on DSN's service-focused list for 2026
eXp has no physical offices. It appears in direct selling rankings because agents can earn a revenue share on the agents they bring into the brokerage. Revenue grew 5% to $4.8 billion in 2025.
Natura &Co ($4.35B)

Key Facts
- Sold Avon International (Europe, Asia, Africa) to Regent LP; the sale closed in January 2026
- Sold Aesop to L’Oréal in 2023
- Listed on Brazil’s B3 exchange (NATU3)
Natura has spent the past three years shrinking back to its Latin American direct sales business, selling Aesop, The Body Shop and Avon's international arm. Its 2025 revenue still includes Avon International, so its figure in next year's rankings may be lower.
Vorwerk ($4.2B)

Key Facts
- Thermomix TM7, launched in February 2025, reached about 860,000 orders, Vorwerk's most successful launch
- Reports group revenue of €3.6 billion for 2025 and operates in more than 60 countries
- Sold its JAFRA cosmetics business to Betterware in 2022
Vorwerk is a family company that has sold door to door for almost a century. Its own euro figure is closer to Business For Home's $4.2 billion than to the $4.9 billion in the DSN Global 100.
PM-International ($4.09B)

Key Facts
- Entered the top five of the DSN Global 100 for the first time in 2026
- Operates through more than 45 subsidiaries and has sold over 1 billion FitLine products
- Founded in Limburgerhof, Germany; headquartered in Schengen, Luxembourg since 2015
PM-International grew 27% in 2025, from $3.22 billion to $4.09 billion, the fastest growth among the ten largest companies. It sells only its own FitLine brand.
Coway ($3.3B)

Key Facts
- Began renting water purifiers in 1998 instead of selling them, the model it still uses
- Malaysia accounts for about 75% of its overseas sales (May 2026)
- Listed on the Korea Exchange (021240); game company Netmarble has been its largest shareholder since 2019
Coway's rental model means customers pay monthly and staff visit to service the machines, which keeps revenue recurring. Revenue rose 9% in 2025 to $3.3 billion.
Primerica ($3.29B)

Key Facts
- Listed on the New York Stock Exchange (PRI)
- Has insured more than 5.5 million lives (company figure, December 2025)
- Record $968 billion of life insurance in force at the end of 2025 (preliminary)
Primerica is the largest financial services company on the list. Representatives must hold a life insurance licence, and revenue grew 7% in 2025 to $3.29 billion.
Infinitus ($3.0B, estimate)

Key Facts
- Wholly owned by Lee Kum Kee Health Products Group
- Runs more than 7,000 specialty stores in China (2019 report)
- Has set up more than 70 Chinese-herb planting bases (December 2025)
Infinitus does not report revenue to the DSN Global 100, so its $3.0 billion is a Business For Home estimate, unchanged from 2024. Treat its position as approximate.
Sunrun ($2.96B)
Key Facts
- 1,205,613 customers as of 30 June 2026
- Listed on Nasdaq (RUN) since 2015
- Acquired Vivint Solar for $3.2 billion in 2020
Business For Home includes Sunrun because of its direct sales channel, but it is not a network marketing company in the usual sense and is absent from the DSN list. Leaving it out would bring Mary Kay (an estimated $2.4 billion) into the top ten.
What the 2026 Numbers Show
The ten largest companies earned $42.3 billion of the $102.5 billion total in this table, about 41%.
26 companies had 2025 revenue of $1 billion or more. All five Chinese companies in that group are estimates.
Of the 43 companies with verified 2025 revenue, 27 grew, 15 shrank and one was flat. Estimates mostly repeat 2024, so they show little.
52 of the 100 are headquartered in the USA, followed by China (9), South Korea (5), and Japan and Malaysia (4 each).
eXp Realty, Primerica, Utility Warehouse, World Financial Group and Real Brokerage sell services rather than products.
Of the 97 companies with a confirmed founding year, 24 were founded before 1980 and 16 in 2010 or later.
WFDSA’s global figure, essentially flat on 2023. 21 markets above $1 billion make up 92% of it.
WFDSA counts 104.3 million worldwide, 72.1% of them women.
Old and new companies sit side by side. Vorwerk dates to 1883 and POLA to 1929, while Partner.Co (2023), LPT Realty (2022) and OlyLife (2022) reached the list within a few years of starting. Retail sales (WFDSA) and company revenue (the table) are measured differently, so the two totals should not be compared directly.
Industry figures: WFDSA 2024 Global Direct Selling Statistical Data Report (published November 2025).
Fastest-Growing MLM Companies in 2025 (Verified Revenue Only)
Growth rankings are easy to distort. An estimated figure that repeats last year’s number shows 0% growth whatever actually happened, so this table includes only the 43 companies whose 2025 revenue Business For Home marks as verified, sorted by change from 2024.

The steepest verified declines were OPTAVIA (−36%), Scentsy (−25%) and Plexus Worldwide (−17%).
How This List Compares With the DSN Global 100 2026
The DSN Global 100 is the best-known ranking in the industry, and for companies that report to it, it is the more certified figure. The 2026 edition, based on 2025 revenue, separates the two kinds of company for the first time: 43 product-focused and 16 service-focused companies.
| DSN rank | Product-focused | 2025 | Service-focused | 2025 |

The two lists answer different questions. DSN shows which companies chose to certify their revenue; this list tries to place every large company, including those that did not. Of the 30 largest companies in our table, 14 are not on the DSN list. All of them except Sunrun appear here as Business For Home estimates rather than reported figures.

If you are looking at a single market or product type, these lists go into more detail than a global ranking can:
- By country: top network marketing companies in the USA, Utah, Germany, South Korea, China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Australia and India.
- By category: health and wellness, skincare, makeup and cosmetics, jewelry, travel, insurance and party plan companies.
- Newer entrants: new direct sales companies.
What the Biggest MLM Companies Have in Common
The companies in this table sell very different things, from supplements to solar panels, but at this size they share an operational problem: paying a large field of distributors or agents correctly and on time. A company with hundreds of millions in revenue may run commissions across several countries, currencies and tax regimes, track ranks and qualifications every period, and change its compensation plan without breaking past payouts.
How a company pays its field is set by its compensation plan. These are the common structures, and many large companies combine them. Public revenue rankings do not say which plan each company uses, so check a company’s own compensation plan document rather than assuming. Our guide to MLM plans compares how each one pays.
Binary Plan
Each distributor builds two teams, left and right, and commissions are calculated on the volume the two sides match.
Unilevel Plan
Distributors can recruit any number of people on their first level and earn commissions down a set number of levels.
Matrix Plan
Limits how wide and deep a team can grow, for example 3×3. Extra recruits spill over to lower levels.
Generation (Breakaway) Plan
When a team member reaches a set rank, their team breaks away and the upline earns on it as a separate generation.
Stair-Step Plan
Distributors move up ranks as their sales volume grows, and each rank pays a higher commission percentage.
Party Plan
Products are sold at home or online parties hosted by distributors, who earn on the sales at their events.
Board MLM Plan
Members fill positions on a board. When it fills, it splits and the member at the top cycles out with a payout.
Monoline MLM Plan
Everyone joins one line in order of sign-up, so each new member sits below all earlier ones.
