The Matrix MLM plan is a compensation plan with a fixed width (members on the first level) and a fixed depth (levels a distributor earns on), also known as the forced matrix plan. In a 3×3 matrix, a distributor can have 3 members on level 1, 9 on level 2 and 27 on level 3, a total of 39 positions. Once the first level is full, new members spill over into the next open position below.
