IPE, a coaching and training platform based in Germany and serving Europe, focuses on the holistic development of children and adolescents through certified programs. To support its expanding user base and diverse operational needs, IPE collaborated with Infinite MLM Software for a customized digital ecosystem.

Objective

IPE sought to create a comprehensive digital platform that could support its growing coaching and certification programs for children and adolescents across Europe. The goal was to implement a scalable, user-friendly system that would streamline coach management, course delivery, certification issuance, and administrative operations. This included developing a multilingual website, integrating advanced booking and payment systems, and ensuring a seamless experience for both coaches and parents. By combining e-learning capabilities with MLM functionalities, IPE aimed to enhance accessibility, automate processes, and expand its impact in the education and personal development space.

Inception and Implementation

Infinite MLM Software delivered an advanced solution built on a Unilevel basic structure to align with IPE’s growth and compensation goals. A CMS-based WordPress website was developed to present the organization, its mission, and services. To streamline operations, a Career Advancement System and Pool Commission Structure were implemented. User engagement was further enhanced through login design customization and a multilingual, multi-currency platform.

The QA and certification module was built to manage assessment workflows and issue certificates, supported by custom certificate design. IPE’s unique coaching network was digitized with a Coach Index that included a map and reservation system for ease of booking. Monthly subscriptions and internal cart features were developed to manage digital products and services efficiently.

Seamless payment integration was achieved through APIs including EBICS (bank), Stripe, and PayPal. Other key implementations included a fully customized CRM, Vimeo integration for hosting learning content, and a replicated website system for coaches. Advanced tools like Lexoffice and KlickTipp integration enhanced automation in invoicing and email marketing, while the ticket-based support system and custom dashboards improved user support and admin control.

1. Unilevel Basic MLM Software

We deployed a Unilevel MLM plan tailored to IPE’s business model, enabling a clear, single-leg affiliate structure. This setup ensured simplified commission distribution and user management suitable for their coaching-based service offerings.

2. CMS Website Design (WordPress)

A custom WordPress site was developed to reflect IPE’s brand, enhance SEO, and simplify content updates for long-term digital presence.

3. Career Advancement System

A structured module was introduced to track the progression of coaches and participants, aligning educational milestones with tangible growth and recognition within the platform.

4. Pool Commission Structure

A user-friendly, branded login interface was developed to improve the first-touch experience for coaches, learners, and administrators accessing the platform.

6. Internal Cart Configuration

We integrated an internal shopping cart system allowing users to easily purchase programs, subscriptions, and certification packages within the platform without redirection to external payment processors.

7. Monthly Subscription Module

To manage recurring billing, we enabled a monthly subscription system which automates member access based on payment status and supports consistent revenue flow for IPE.

8. QA and Certification Section

We implemented a dedicated quality assurance and certification area, where coaches can submit evaluations and issue verifiable certificates to learners, ensuring credibility and accountability.

9. Certificate Design Implementation

Custom-designed, tamper-proof digital certificates were integrated into the system, providing professional recognition for completed training programs.

10. Replicated Website Link

Each coach or affiliate received their own personalized replica of the main website, allowing them to promote IPE services independently while staying connected to the central system.

11. Multi-Currency Support

We enabled multi-currency transactions to support IPE’s growing international audience, allowing users to interact and transact in their local currency.

The platform was made available in English and one additional language, making it accessible and inclusive for users across different regions of Europe.

We integrated multiple secure payment gateways including EBICS API (banking standard in Germany), Stripe, and PayPal to manage both incoming and outgoing transactions smoothly.

We created an interactive coach directory with geographic mapping and an integrated booking system. Users could locate, view profiles, and directly reserve coaching sessions with certified trainers.

18. Ticket System / Support System

A comprehensive support ticket system was implemented to streamline user queries, technical support, and administrative issues with full tracking and resolution workflows.

19. Dashboard Customization

Tailored dashboards for different user roles (admin, coaches, learners) were built, providing relevant KPIs, progress tracking, and financial summaries for effective user engagement.

20. KlickTipp Integration

Email automation was enabled through KlickTipp integration, supporting automated email campaigns, event-based messaging, and funnel marketing strategies for user retention and onboarding.

21. Lexoffice Integration

Integration with Lexoffice enabled automated invoice generation, accounting, and financial record-keeping, improving back-office productivity and ensuring compliance with financial standards in Germany. .

Success Metrics

The platform experienced enhanced engagement from both coaches and learners through an intuitive booking and certification process. Increased operational efficiency, automated workflows, and seamless financial processing allowed IPE to scale its services without compromising quality. The addition of multilingual and multi-currency support significantly boosted its reach across European markets.
