Ada Caballero of Vida Divina is the highest-earning network marketer in the world right now, at an estimated $900,000 a month, or about $10.8 million a year, according to the Business For Home top earners ranking. On an all-time basis, the Yager family organization at Amway leads with an estimated $480 million in lifetime earnings.
This page ranks the top 200 MLM earners by estimated annual income, adds a separate all-time lifetime earnings table, and explains where the numbers come from, why they are estimates rather than verified pay, and what companies' own income disclosures show most participants actually earn.

The ranking
Top 200 MLM Earners in 2026, Ranked by Estimated Annual Income
The table ranks 200 of the highest-paid network marketers by estimated annual income. Business For Home publishes estimated gross monthly earnings; the annual figure is that number multiplied by 12, so the precision comes from the arithmetic, not from verification.
How to read this table. Earners on the same estimate share a rank, shown as "T-" — 118 of these 200 rows sit in a tied group, so position inside a tie carries no meaning. "Not reported" means no reliable figure exists for that field; it does not mean zero. "Not listed" in the company column means the source shows no current company, usually after an earner has left one. Lifetime earnings are a career total across every company and are not net worth. Several of these earners work at the largest MLM companies in the world, but company size does not predict top-earner income.

All-time
Highest Lifetime Earners in Network Marketing (All-Time)
Lifetime earnings are an estimate of everything an earner has been paid across their whole career. Business For Home combines totals across companies, so someone who made $2 million at one company and $3 million at another is ranked at $5 million, and the company shown is the last one they were listed under — not necessarily where the money was earned.
This is not net worth. Net worth depends on assets, taxes, spending and debt, none of which is published for these people.
“
Where you see a "net worth" figure for a network marketer elsewhere, it is almost always this lifetime estimate relabelled.
The two tables measure different things, and only 11 of these 25 also appear in the current annual top 50. The all-time list is weighted toward long-tenured leaders in older companies: Amway accounts for four of the top 16, including the top two, both of which are family organizations rather than individuals.

Two different patterns show up here. Herbalife places the most people in the top 50 but none above $2.7 million — a wide, flat distribution of established leaders. The largest individual estimates are at Vida Divina, Jifu, Zinzino and Chogan, newer or faster-growing companies where a few leaders sit far above everyone else.

Even inside a list of the industry's highest earners the distribution is steep. The median estimate on this page is $1,125,000, 164 of the 200 earners are under $2 million, and the top ten account for roughly 24% of all the income estimated across the list. The #1 estimate is 15 times the lowest one here.
A note on geography
Business For Home does not publish a home country for individual earners, only for companies. Earlier versions of this article, and most competing lists, filled in a country anyway — usually by borrowing the company's headquarters, which produces errors such as a Spanish-speaking earner listed under Turkey because the company is Turkish.
We have removed the country column rather than publish figures we cannot source. We are rebuilding it one earner at a time from first-party evidence — the earner's own site, company recognition pages, press coverage — and it will return with a source attached to each row. If you are listed here and want your country shown, get in touch.
Profiles
Profiles of the Most-Searched Top MLM Earners
These are the people readers most often look up by name. Each card uses the same fields, every figure is dated and sourced, and where people search for a "net worth" we say what can and cannot actually be known.

Est. lifetime earnings
$480,000,000 — #1 all-time
Net worth
Not publicly reported. The $480 million figure is estimated lifetime earnings, not net worth.
Status
Legacy family organization. Dexter Yager died in 2019.

Business For Home, checked September 2026
Dexter Yager built one of the largest distributor organizations in Amway's history, and the ranking now credits the family organization rather than an individual. Its lifetime estimate is almost four times the next entry, which is why "Dexter Yager net worth" is among the most searched questions on this topic. There is no verified net worth figure for him; what exists is a trade-press estimate of career earnings.
The Merritts are among LifeWave's highest-ranked earners. On 27 April 2026 the FTC filed a complaint alleging they used false or unsubstantiated earnings claims to recruit participants, together with a stipulated order settling it. The FTC said LifeWave's own 2024 income disclosure statement showed 79% of active participants earned no commissions, and that at most 0.035% earned more than $25,000 a week. Under the order the Merritts may not misrepresent participant earnings, must be able to substantiate any earnings claim in writing, and must notify their downline of the order.
Their position near the top of this list, alongside that record, is the clearest illustration of why a top-earner ranking is not a guide to what participants earn.

Rolf Kipp (Forever Living Products)
Rank (annual)
T-134 — est. $75,000/month, $900,000/year
Est. lifetime earnings
$105,000,000 — #4 all-time
Status
Company-level FTC order

Business For Home, checked September 2026
Rolf Kipp is the highest lifetime earner in Europe in this ranking, and the gap between his all-time position (#4) and his current annual position shows how much lifetime standing reflects tenure rather than present income. For more on him and other Forever Living leaders, see our guide to Forever Living Products' top earners. In April 2026 the FTC announced an order against Forever Living and two of its executives over earnings claims; that action concerns the company, not Kipp.
4
Jeff Roberti (Juice Plus+)
Rank (annual)

Est. lifetime earnings
$107,000,000 — #3 all-time
Source
Business For Home, checked September 2026
Roberti has spent his career with a single company, and he is one of only two entries in both the current annual top 15 and the all-time top five; the Yager family is the other. That combination — still earning near the top after decades in one organization — is rare in this data.

Jordan Adler (Send Out Cards)
Rank (annual)
T-134 — est. $75,000/month, $900,000/year
Est. lifetime earnings

Business For Home, checked September 2026
Adler shares the $900,000 estimate with 27 other earners in this list, which is why no meaningful ordering is applied within that group. He is widely known in the industry as an author and speaker, and is frequently searched by name for that reason rather than for his position in the ranking.
6
Joseph Lim (Ascendra International)

Lim is the only Ascendra International earner in this list. Searches for his name are usually for a net worth figure, and none is published; the available number is the annual income estimate above. Earlier versions of this article listed him under Alliance In Motion, which the current source no longer shows.
7
Calvin Becerra (Jifu)
Rank (annual)

Becerra is one of three Jifu leaders in the top 50, alongside Stefania Lo Gatto and Danien Feier at #2 and Alaa Kotb at T-39. Jifu has seven earners across the full list, among the highest counts of any company here.
8
Brian Carruthers (LegalShield)
Rank (annual)

Carruthers is LegalShield's highest-ranked earner here. LegalShield's commission structure differs from a product MLM's because it pays on subscription memberships rather than product volume; see our breakdown of the LegalShield compensation plan.
9
Ada Caballero (Vida Divina)
Rank (annual)
1 — est. $900,000/month, $10,800,000/year
Est. lifetime earnings
$42,000,000

Business For Home, checked September 2026
Caballero leads the current ranking, though only narrowly: the top four are separated by less than 8%. Many articles published in 2024 and 2025 still show her at $14.4 million a year; the current estimate is considerably lower, and those pages have not been updated. Vida Divina has seven earners in this list.
10
Stefania Lo Gatto and Danien Feier (Jifu)
Rank (annual)
2 — est. $875,000/month, $10,500,000/year
Est. lifetime earnings
$72,000,000 — joint #10 all-time
Source
Business For Home, checked September 2026
This partnership ranks second on current income and joint-tenth all-time, one of the few entries high on both measures. Older articles list them under Jeunesse or MonaVie; the current listing is Jifu, and a company change of this kind is exactly why lifetime totals are reported across companies rather than per company.
11
Jenna and Josh Zwagil
Rank (annual)
Neither is in the current top 200
Est. lifetime earnings
Jenna Zwagil $35,000,000 (no current company listed); Josh Zwagil $31,000,000 (Immunotec)
Source
Business For Home, checked September 2026
Earlier versions of this article ranked Jenna Zwagil second overall under MyDailyChoice. She no longer appears in the current annual ranking, and Business For Home now lists Josh Zwagil under Immunotec. Both still appear in the lifetime ranking. We have corrected the earlier entry rather than carrying the old figure forward. Jenna Zwagil is also featured in our list of powerful women in network marketing.
12
Stormy Wellington
Rank (annual)
Not in the current top 200
Est. lifetime earnings
$61,000,000 — joint #18 all-time, listed under Farmasi
On 13 April 2026 the FTC filed a complaint and stipulated order alleging Wellington used deceptive earnings claims to recruit people into Total Life Changes and later Farmasi. The FTC's complaint cites Total Life Changes' income disclosure statement reporting that 76.8% of active participants earned no compensation in 2023.
Compensation
How Top MLM Earners Actually Get Paid
Almost none of a top earner's income comes from selling products themselves. It comes from bonuses on the sales volume of a very large organization, paid through the company's compensation plan. The main components are:
Leadership and override bonuses
A percentage of the volume produced by leaders in your organization, often paid several levels deep.
Generational and matching bonuses
Payments tied to each "generation" of leaders beneath you rather than to fixed levels, common in generation plans and many unilevel plans.
Binary and team-volume bonuses
In binary plans, pay based on the weaker of two legs, usually capped.
Rank bonuses and pools
One-off payments for rank advancement, plus shares of global bonus pools that only the highest ranks qualify for.
What $900,000 a month implies
This example is illustrative; real plans vary widely. Assume a plan pays its top leaders a combined 5% across leadership and generational bonuses on their organization's monthly sales volume.
Illustrative leadership bonus at a 5% combined rate

$500,000
$25,000
$2,000,000
$100,000
$18,000,000
$900,000
At that rate, the #1 earner's estimated $900,000 a month would need roughly $18 million a month in sales volume across their organization — usually many thousands of active participants and customers. That is the structural reason top-earner income is so concentrated: it is a percentage of something very large, not a large percentage of something ordinary. Choosing between plan types is one of the first decisions a founder makes; our guide to network marketing tools covers what else sits around the plan.

Context
What the Top-Earner List Doesn't Tell You
Three things matter for anyone reading this list as a guide to the opportunity.
What typical participants earn
Many MLM companies publish an income disclosure statement showing how commissions are spread across participants. In September 2024, FTC staff reviewed 70 publicly available statements and found most omitted key information, including participants with little or no earnings and the expenses participants carry. From the data those statements did contain, staff found many participants received no payments at all and the vast majority received $1,000 or less a year.
Two companies on this very list show the gap, according to the FTC:
79%
of LifeWave's active participants earned no commissions (its own 2024 disclosure, cited by the FTC)
76.8%
of Total Life Changes' active participants earned no compensation in 2023 (cited in the FTC complaint)
What two companies' own income disclosures reported
Company

What the company's own disclosure showed
LifeWave
2024
79% of active participants earned no commissions; at most 0.035% earned more than $25,000 a week
Total Life Changes
2023
76.8% of active participants earned no compensation
Income is not profit
Every figure on this page is gross. Participants at every level pay for product purchases, events, travel, tools and training, and none of that is deducted here. The FTC's business guidance on multi-level marketing says earnings claims should reflect what a typical participant is likely to achieve and should account for expenses.
Earnings claims are under active enforcement
During 2026 the FTC brought a series of cases over MLM earnings claims, including actions against the high-level participants Stormy Wellington and Steven and Gina Merritt, an order against Forever Living and its operators, and a settlement with International Markets Live. The FTC summarised the pattern in a June 2026 business blog post. Its position is that a small number of people's unusually high earnings do not, on their own, support a claim that others will earn the same.
Methodology
Methodology, Sources and Corrections
What counts as a top MLM earner
An independent distributor, couple, team or family organization whose estimated commission income from a direct-selling company ranks among the highest reported worldwide. Company founders and salaried executives are excluded unless the source ranks them as distributors.
How the figures are estimated
Annual income comes from Business For Home's Top Earners Ranks, which publishes estimated gross monthly earnings; we multiply by 12. Business For Home states that its estimates draw on internet research, earnings claims made at conventions, upline, downline and crossline information, direct-selling magazines and its network of reporters, and that some earners and companies report figures to it directly. Lifetime figures come from its Lifetime Top Earners Ranks.
How strong the evidence is
Grade A
First-party documents: a company income disclosure statement, a court filing, an FTC filing.
Grade B
Every income figure in the ranking tables is Grade B. A named trade-press estimate.
Grade C
Self-reported by the earner.
We do not mix grades within a figure and we do not average across sources. Where sources disagree we use the most recent Grade B figure and note the conflict in the profile.
Ties, duplicates and missing data
Earners on the same estimate share a rank, shown as "T-"; the next distinct value takes the next position number. 118 of these 200 rows sit in a tied group, so position within a tie carries no meaning. Where the source lists the same name under two companies we show both rows and flag them, rather than assuming they are one person or two. "Not reported" means no reliable figure was found, not zero. "Not listed" in the company column means the source shows no current company, usually after the earner has left one.
Why there is no country column
Business For Home does not publish a home country for individual earners. Filling the column from the company's headquarters produces false attributions, so we removed it. It will return only with a source attached to each row.
Why there is no net worth column
No available source measures the net worth of network marketers, which would require knowing their assets, taxes, spending and debt. Figures circulating as "net worth" for people in this industry are, in nearly every case, lifetime earnings estimates relabelled. Earlier versions of this article did the same, and we have corrected it.
How often this is updated
Data is re-checked against the sources every quarter, with a full annual audit covering company changes, legacy entries and regulatory actions. Business For Home updates continuously, so figures here may differ slightly from its live pages between our checks.
The top of network marketing is real, and it is extremely narrow. Four earners are estimated above $10 million a year, the #50 earner at about $1.76 million, and 164 of the 200 people here under $2 million — out of a global workforce above 100 million. Read these as dated trade-press estimates of what the leaders of very large organizations earn, next to the income disclosure data showing what most participants make. We re-check the list every quarter and publish what changed.
Questions
Frequently Asked Questions about Top MLM Earners
Who is the highest earner in network marketing in 2026?
Ada Caballero of Vida Divina is the highest earner in network marketing as of September 2026. Business For Home estimates her income at about $900,000 a month, roughly $10.8 million a year. Three others are also estimated above $10 million a year: Stefania Lo Gatto and Danien Feier (Jifu), Hilde and Orjan Sæle (Zinzino), and Sandro Cazzato (Chogan).
How much do top MLM earners make?
The top 50 MLM earners are estimated to make between about $1.76 million and $10.8 million a year, as of September 2026. Only four are above $10 million, and 34 of the top 50 are under $3 million. Across the full list of 200 earners, 164 are estimated under $2 million. These are gross figures, before business expenses and taxes.
Who has the highest lifetime earnings in MLM?
The Yager family organization at Amway has the highest estimated lifetime earnings in network marketing, at $480 million, according to Business For Home. The Dornan family (Amway, $125 million), Jeff Roberti (Juice Plus+, $107 million) and Rolf Kipp (Forever Living, $105 million) follow. Lifetime earnings are a career total, not net worth.
Are top MLM earner figures verified?
No. They are estimates compiled by the trade publication Business For Home from convention claims, organization information, trade magazines and earners who report directly. They are not audited by the earners, their companies or anyone else. Every figure on this page is labelled as an estimate and dated.
What does the average MLM participant earn?
Far less than the people on this list. In its 2024 review of 70 income disclosure statements, FTC staff found many participants received no payments at all and the vast majority received $1,000 or less a year. LifeWave's own 2024 disclosure, cited by the FTC, showed 79% of active participants earned no commissions that year.
Which company has the most top MLM earners?
Herbalife has the most earners in the top 50, with five, followed by eXp Realty with four and Jifu and Melaleuca with three each. Across the full list of 200, eXp Realty leads with nine. The largest individual estimates, though, are at Vida Divina, Jifu, Zinzino and Chogan.
Who is the highest-earning woman in network marketing?
Ada Caballero of Vida Divina is both the highest-earning woman and the highest earner overall, at an estimated $10.8 million a year (Business For Home, September 2026). For more, see our list of the most powerful women in network marketing.
What is Dexter Yager's net worth?
Dexter Yager's net worth has never been publicly reported. Business For Home estimates the Yager family organization's lifetime Amway earnings at $480 million, the highest of any network marketer. Dexter Yager died in 2019, and the ranking now lists the family organization rather than him individually.
How do top MLM earners get paid?
Through leadership, override, generational and matching bonuses on the sales volume of their whole organization, not through personal selling. At a 5% leadership rate, a $900,000 monthly income would imply roughly $18 million a month in organizational sales volume.
Why do different websites give different figures for the same MLM earner?
Because almost every published list draws on the same trade-press estimates but copies them at different times without re-checking. Ada Caballero appears at $14.4 million a year on pages that have not been updated since 2024, and at about $10.8 million in the current source. Always check the date a list says its data was last verified.
How many people are in direct selling worldwide?
The World Federation of Direct Selling Associations reports 104.3 million independent direct sellers worldwide in 2024, 72.1% of them women. Global direct selling retail sales were $163.9 billion that year, essentially flat against 2023.
