The User Earnings section provides a detailed breakdown of the earnings generated by users within the MLM system. Earnings are organized by category, allowing administrators to review commissions, bonuses, deductions, and the final payable amount for each user.
This feature helps track earning patterns, verify payout calculations, and analyze the financial performance of individual users over a selected period.
Purpose
Use the User Earnings page to:
- Analyze user earnings by category
- Review taxes and service charge deductions
- Verify payable amounts before payouts
- Monitor commission and bonus earnings
- Generate earnings reports for specific users and periods

Steps to View User Earnings
Step 1: Open the E-Wallet Module
From the left-side navigation menu, click E-Wallet.
Step 2: Open the User Earnings Section
Click the User Earnings tab to access the earnings report page. This section contains detailed information about user earnings, deductions, and payable amounts.
Step 3: Display the Filter Options
Click Show Filter to open the search panel. The filter options help you locate earnings records for specific users, categories, and time periods.
Step 4: Enter the Required Search Criteria
Provide the necessary details to narrow down the earnings records:
- Username – Enter or select the username whose earnings you want to review.
- Category – Select a specific earning category if required.
- Date Range – Choose the period for which you want to view earnings data.
Using these filters allows you to generate more precise earnings reports.
Step 5: View the Earnings Details
Click View to generate the report.
The system will display the earnings information matching the selected criteria, including:
- Earning category
- Total earning amount
- Tax amount
- Service charge
- Payable amount
- Transaction date
Step 6: Review the Earnings Report
Review the displayed earnings data to verify commissions, deductions, and payable amounts. This information can be used for payout verification, financial analysis, and earnings tracking.
