The E-Wallet Balance section allows administrators to view the current wallet balance of a specific user. This feature helps verify available funds, monitor wallet status, and ensure accurate financial tracking within the MLM system.
By searching for a username, administrators can instantly access the user’s current E-Wallet balance without reviewing individual transaction records.
Purpose
Use the E-Wallet Balance page to:
- Check the current wallet balance of a user
- Verify available funds before processing transactions
- Monitor user wallet status
- Assist with wallet-related inquiries and support requests
- Ensure accurate financial record management
Steps to Check the E-Wallet Balance of a Particular User
Step 1: Open the E-Wallet Module
From the left-side navigation menu, click E-Wallet.

You will see the following sections:
- E-Wallet Summary
- E-Wallet Transactions
- E-Wallet Balance
- Purchase Wallet
- E-Wallet Statement
- User Earnings
Step 2: Open the E-Wallet Balance Section
Click E-Wallet Balance to access the balance lookup page.

Step 3: Open the Filter Panel
Click Show Filter to display the search options.

Step 4: Enter the Username
In the Username field, enter the username of the user whose wallet balance you want to check and click Search.
The system will display the current E-Wallet balance of the selected user.
