Click on Block/Unblock submenu to block or unblock the active users. Enter the username and click the search button. The user details will be displayed under member details pane as shown in the below screenshot. Click on Block option to block the user. Note: You can’t Block preset user

E-Wallet Balance Report
Click on E-Wallet Balance Report sub menu to view the E-Wallet Balance of all members in the system.
User Activity
Click on the user Activity sub menu to view the user activity history of the user. Enter the username and click on the search button to view the user activity history as shown in the below screenshot.
