It also displays your current follow up, missed follow up, recent lead information details.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/infinitemlmsoftware.com\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/What-Does-a-CRM-Dashboard-Track-and-Analyze_.png\"><\/p>\n<p>To get detailed reports of the leads click on the icon shown in the screenshot and update the necessary:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead Added Date<\/li>\n<li>Next Follow-up Date<\/li>\n<li>Level of Interest<\/li>\n<li>Lead Status<\/li>\n<li>Country<\/li>\n<li>Assigned To<\/li>\n<li>Lead Status Change Date<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Then, click on the \u2018view\u2019 button to see the complete details.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/infinitemlmsoftware.com\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/crm-two.png\"><\/p>\n<p>Missed Follow Up: Assigned to and Skype ID. You can also edit and view the details of the leads by clicking on respective icons.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/infinitemlmsoftware.com\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/crm-three.png\"><\/p>\n<p>Recent Leads: This shows name, Skype ID, lead completeness, follow up leads, next follow up date. There is also an option to edit and view the leads.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/infinitemlmsoftware.com\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/crm-four.png\"><\/p>\n<p>There are four icons under following fields:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Edit Lead<\/li>\n<li>Add follow-up<\/li>\n<li>Next follow-up date<\/li>\n<li>View lead<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Edit Lead<\/h3>\n<p>Click on Edit Lead icon to edit the lead information as shown in the below screenshot.<\/p>\n<p>Edit the following details of the lead:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>First Name: Edit the first name of the lead<\/li>\n<li>Last Name: Edit the last name of the lead<\/li>\n<li>Email id: Edit the email id<\/li>\n<li>Skype ID: Edit the Skype id.<\/li>\n<li>Mobile No: Edit the mobile number<\/li>\n<li>Country: Edit the country details<\/li>\n<li>Description: Edit the description<\/li>\n<li>Edit the level of interest and lead status<\/li>\n<li>Next follow up date: Enter the follow up date<\/li>\n<li>Lead status: Update the lead status<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/infinitemlmsoftware.com\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/crm-five.png\"><\/p>\n<p>After editing the details, click on the submit button to edit the lead information and the message \u201cLead updated successfully\u201d gets popped up.<\/p>\n<h3>Add followup<\/h3>\n<p>Click on Add follow up icon to add follow up details.<\/p>\n<p>Add the following details:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead: Enter the lead name<\/li>\n<li>Description: Enter the description<\/li>\n<li>Next follow up date: Select the next follow up date<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Click on Choose file to upload any file of 2MB.<\/p>\n<p>After entering the details, click on the \u2018submit\u2019 button to add followup details and the message \u201cFollowup added successfully\u201d gets popped up.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/infinitemlmsoftware.com\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/crm-six.png\"><\/p>\n<h3>Next followup date<\/h3>\n<p>\n  Click on Next followup date icon as shown in the below screenshot.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  Update the next followup date.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  After entering the date, click on Update followup date button to update the date and the message \u201cFollowup date update successfully\u201d.\n<\/p>\n<h3>View lead<\/h3>\n<p>\n  Click on the View lead icon to view the lead information.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  When clicked, Lead Details and Lead History can be viewed.\n<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/infinitemlmsoftware.com\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/crm-img.png\"><br \/>\n<\/section>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Click on Dashboard sub menu to view the total ongoing, accepted, rejected leads.
