{"id":2815,"date":"2021-02-08T10:12:40","date_gmt":"2021-02-08T10:12:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/infinitemlmsoftware.com\/help\/?p=2815"},"modified":"2024-06-06T10:35:55","modified_gmt":"2024-06-06T10:35:55","slug":"support-center-user","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/infinitemlmsoftware.com\/help\/support-center-user\/","title":{"rendered":"How is the ticket system handled?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Click on the <strong>Support Center<\/strong> menu on the left panel of the window to operate the ticket system.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3>How to view existing Tickets?<\/h3>\n<p>Click on <strong>My Tickets tab<\/strong> and enter the following details:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Ticket ID: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Enter the ticket ID from dropdown.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b>Category: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Select the category from dropdown.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b>Priority: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Select the priority from dropdown.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b>Status: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Select the status from dropdown.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Click on the <strong>search button<\/strong> and it displays the ticket details like Ticket ID, Subject, Assignee, Status, Category, Priority, Created on, Last Updated, Reopen, and Timelines.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\"><\/p>\n<h3>How to create a ticket?<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Click on the <strong>Create Ticket<\/strong> tab to create the ticket.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Enter the details: <\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Ticket Id:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Enter the ticket ID<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b>Category:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Select the category for the ticket to be created.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b>Subject:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Enter the subject of the ticket to be created<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b>Message To Admin:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Type the message to sent to the Admin<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b>Attachment: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Upload any files or doc related to the ticket created. <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Click on the Submit button.
