The E-Pin module<\/strong> in Infinite MLM software helps administrators generate, manage, allocate and approve electronic pins (E-Pins) that are used for registrations, upgrades, or product\/package purchases inside the system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This section explains how the complete E-Pin workflow works based on the E-Pin screens shown.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Overview of the E-Pin Dashboard<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

To access the E-pin Dashboard, click on E-pin from the left panel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At the top of the E-Pin page, you can see three quick summary cards:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Active E-Pins<\/strong> \u2013 Total number of usable E-Pins currently available.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • E-Pin Balance<\/strong> \u2013 Total monetary value of available E-Pins.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Pending Request<\/strong> \u2013 Number of E-Pin requests waiting for approval.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    The E-Pin module is divided into two tabs:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • E-Pin List<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Pending Request<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      1. E-Pin List <\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      The E-Pin List<\/strong> tab shows all generated and allocated E-Pins in the system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      You can search and filter E-Pins using:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        \n
      • Username<\/strong> \u2013 Filter by allocated member<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • E-pin<\/strong> \u2013 Search by a specific pin code<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Amount<\/strong> \u2013 Filter by pin value<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Status<\/strong> \u2013 Filter by Active \/ other statuses<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        Click Search<\/strong> to apply filters and Reset<\/strong> to clear them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Columns in E-Pin List<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

        Each row represents an E-Pin entry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        • Allocated Member<\/strong> \u2013 The user to whom the E-Pin is assigned<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • E-pin<\/strong> \u2013 The unique pin code<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Amount<\/strong> \u2013 Value of the E-Pin<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Balance Amount<\/strong> \u2013 Remaining usable value (if partial usage is supported)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Status<\/strong> \u2013 Current state of the pin (for example: Active)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Expiry Date<\/strong> \u2013 Date after which the pin cannot be used<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

          This screen is mainly used to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            \n
          • track issued E-Pins,<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • verify whether a pin is active,<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • check expiry and usage availability.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

            2. Pending Request \u2013 Manage E-Pin Requests from Users<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

            The Pending Request<\/strong> tab shows all E-Pin requests submitted by members. These requests must be approved by an administrator before the pins become usable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            Filter options<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

            You can filter requests using:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            • Username<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

              Columns in Pending Request<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

              Each row represents a request made by a user.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                \n
              • Name<\/strong> \u2013 Member who requested E-Pins<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • Requested Pin Count<\/strong> \u2013 Number of pins requested by the user<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • Count<\/strong> \u2013 Editable field to confirm how many pins will be issued<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • Amount<\/strong> \u2013 Value of each pin<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • Requested Date<\/strong> \u2013 Date when the request was created<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • Expiry Date<\/strong> \u2013 Expiry date that will apply to the issued pins<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                A checkbox is available to select one or more requests for processing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                3. Adding E-Pins Manually<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

                Administrators can also create pins directly using the Add E-Pin<\/strong> button at the top of the page. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

                To Add a New E-Pin:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

                Step 1:<\/strong> Navigate to the top left of the screen and click on the Add E-pin button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                Step 2: <\/strong>An Add New E-Pin window will open.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                Step 3: <\/strong> Choose the user from the dropdown. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

                Step 4<\/strong>:  Choose the E-Pin value from the Amount dropdown.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                Step 5: <\/strong>Enter the E-Pin Count i.e how many E-Pins you want to generate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                Step 6: <\/strong>Select the Expiry Date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                Step 7: <\/strong>Click Save to generate the E-Pins.

                  4. How to do E-pin Transfer?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

                  Step 1:<\/strong> Navigate to the top-left of the screen and click the dropdown next to the Add E-Pin<\/strong> button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                  Step 2:<\/strong> Select E-Pin Transfer<\/strong>. The transfer window will open.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                  Step 3:<\/strong> In From Username<\/strong>, select the user who currently owns the E-Pin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                  Step 4:<\/strong> In To Username<\/strong>, select the user to whom the E-Pin should be transferred.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                  Step 5:<\/strong> In the E-Pin<\/strong> field, choose the E-Pin you want to transfer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                  5. How to do E-pin Purchase?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

                  Step 1:<\/strong> Navigate to the top-left of the screen and click the dropdown next to the Add E-Pin<\/strong> button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
